Citymesh Group

Citymesh is a leading Belgian technology company that has been the solutions partner for business customers with innovative questions for nearly two decades. Founded in 2006, the company primarily focuses on providing both permanent and temporary connectivity solutions, using wifi, 0G, 4G, and 5G technologies.

Citymesh is active in various sectors, including industry, public services, education, healthcare, and smart cities, and also provides its services at numerous events and festivals. After acquiring spectrum bands in June 2022, Citymesh attained the status of the fourth official telecom operator in Belgium, but the company aims to be more than just a traditional telecommunications provider.

DIGI Group

DIGI Group is the European telecom operator for broadband internet, TV distribution services, and fixed telephony, also with a significant market share for mobile services and the largest mobile coverage in Romania. The DIGI fiber network covers more than 9 million homes. The group's second-largest market is Spain, where it is developing its own high-speed fiber networks, with over 6.5 million homes as of May 2023. DIGI Group is also active in Italy and Portugal.

DIGI Group provided services to 22.4 million customers worldwide by the end of the second quarter of 2023, generating a revenue of 809.3 million euros in the first half of 2023.
