Looking for a fun job with lots of variety?

We are looking for a full time administrative assistant to take care of our moving customers. (Call customer, process and follow up files)

 

Job Description: We are a young dynamic and growing company and therefore urgently looking to strengthen our team.

 

We work together with many partners in Flanders and help their customers with the relocation of their utilities. Internet, TV, water, electricity, gas...

 

You receive a file and then call the customer to help them. Choosing a new internet and energy supplier, transferring water, requesting final invoices...

 

But it doesn't stop there for you. Because in addition to making phone calls and providing information, you will also take care of all the administration. And you monitor the situation until the end of this process.

 

It is a nice mix of advising by phone (no cold calling!) and administration, where you work in a team.

 

Given that we work with all major Internet and energy suppliers, you constantly have to keep abreast of what the market has to offer, which ensures that the job remains fun and varied.

 

Profile

* You have a pleasant telephone voice

* You are commercially minded

* You can handle the computer fluently

* You learn quickly

* You can work and follow up punctually

* You enjoy administration

* You have a fluent command of the Dutch language

* Good knowledge of French is definitely an advantage

Offer

Everyone is well coached and given the necessary tips to grow into a real specialist and salesperson. Given that we rarely have to make cold calls, but mainly on the basis of leads, the threshold is a lot lower. And the fact that we are helping people and taking care of their business also gives a certain satisfaction.

 

Saturday work is NOT applicable here! (or extremely rarely).

Our office is only 1 KM from the station and therefore extremely convenient for those who might want to come by train or bus. Hours can also be partially adjusted in function of public transport schedules;

 

Partial home working is allowed after completion of the internal training (and good performance).
